About the Author:
Born in France, Basile P. Catoméris moved to Sweden in the mid- 1950s. There, he met his future spiritual mentor, Sri Shyam Sundar Goswami-a Yoga master and recognized pioneer of contemporary Yoga. Over time, they developed a close guru-chela relationship, and as his spiritual heir, Basile P. Catoméris continued his Guru's teachings.
Alongside a successful international career in Intellectual Property and a regular family life, the author dedicated his life to the study, practice, and teaching of Hatha Yoga doctrine.
Approximately twenty years ago, Basile P. Catoméris returned to southern France, where he currently resides.
